Cross Country
The 2024/25 Cross Country season ended on the 10th June with the annual Fun Run held at Mullion School. Well done to Arthur, Dexter, Bryher, Emmie & Abigail who all ran in the relay races and as usual they all ran fantastically.
Our endurance medals will be presented to the children during an assembly at school and I am so pleased to say that Landewednack School also finished in 3rd place overall in the small school section of the Cross Country league! I really want to say a massive WELL DONE & CONGRATULATIONS to everyone who has run for Landewednack over the season. Our runners have braved the rain, wind and sometimes rather chilly (!) conditions during this season and I couldn't be prouder of them all.
Another mention for Bryher who ran in her very last race for Landewednack yesterday., having run in every race she has been eligible to run in - what a superstar! Thank you also to everyone who has been there to cheer the children on. I/we (the children!) look forward to doing it all over again in September!
