The return of my Cross Country Heroes!
Well done to everyone who ran in the 4th race of the season as the Cross Country league resumed again at Helston Community College.
As is usual for us, all of our runners ran brilliantly and I am super proud of them all. Lovely to welcome Finnigan in to the Landewednack Cross Country family today too!
Today's races were the qualifying races for the Peninsula Finals on Monday 10th March held at Pool School. The top 20 runners who ran today will qualify and I will announce if any of our athletes have been successful as soon as I know...
Today's results were as follows:
Arthur (Y3) - 9th
Abigail (Y4) - 6th
Lily W (Y4) - 14th
Emmie (Y4) - 17th
Finnigan (Y4) - 3rd
Toby (Y4) - 11th
Finlay (Y5) - 7th
Lily M (Y6) - 5th
Bryher (Y6) - 6th
The next league races takes place on Tuesday 29th April at Helston College again, this time on the North Site. These races are for ALL of our children from Reception to Year 6 and I will send out a reminder near the time.
